Dr. Sarah Kirchberger is a speaker at the 2016 Europe's Strategic Choices conference jointly hosted by Chatham House and the Institute for Security Policy at Kiel University (ISPK) at the Ritz Carlton in Berlin from December 1st to 2nd.
